Led a funded 4-person team to launch an academic social platform.

Led a cross-functional team (Fullstack, UI/UX, Marketing), secured P2MW government funding, and shipped on time with a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline.

The problem

There was no dedicated academic social space for students. The goal was to build and launch a real product with a small cross-functional team — on a deadline and a budget.

What I built

  • Led a team of 4 (Fullstack, UI/UX, Marketing) as Lead Project.
  • Secured P2MW government funding for the product.
  • Managed scope, deployment, and release from planning to launch.
  • Set up a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline for reliable, repeatable deploys.

The result

  • Launched on time with CI/CD in place.
  • Delivered a funded product with a small, focused team.
  • Owned the full delivery — people, scope, and shipping.
